Hello, I'm Jolaine.

Over tea, I'd tell you that choosing peace changed everything for me.

I've worked as a Registered Massage Therapist for more than 20 years. During that time, I learned how the body carries experience, how tension tells stories, and how safety can change an entire nervous system. I also learned that presence changes what becomes possible.

Even before I had language for it, I was paying attention to what existed beneath the surface. To the things people could feel but hadn't yet found words for.

Over time, I realized how easy it is to look outside ourselves for direction. Through my own experiences, I learned that trust is built by paying attention..to our bodies, our relationships, our experiences, and the quieter signals that are often overlooked.

That exploration eventually led me to the Akashic Records.

The Records offered a different perspective on the patterns, challenges, and questions that shape our lives. They helped deepen my relationship with myself, strengthen my trust in what I was experiencing, and expand my understanding of what healing can look like.

Today, my work brings together the Akashic Records, Sovereign Field Work, and more than two decades of supporting people through change, healing, and personal growth.

My role is to help illuminate what may be difficult to see from where you stand, bring forward the information that is ready to be received, and support the healing and integration that follows.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief:
