Policies & Client Agreements

I want you to feel informed and comfortable before we work together. These agreements are here to create clear expectations around our time together and the work I offer.

The Nature of This Work

Akashic Guidance, Sovereign Field Sessions, and my other Akashic offerings are spiritual services intended to support personal growth, healing, reflection, and connection. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care, mental health care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

The guidance and information shared during a session are offered to support and empower you in your own journey. You are always encouraged to use your own discernment and decide what feels true and appropriate for you.

Results

Healing, insight, and change can look different for everyone. Each person's experience is unique, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from a session or offering.

Your Sovereignty + Personal Responsibility

You remain the authority over your own life, body, choices, and spiritual experience.

My role is not to make decisions for you or to ask you to give your decision-making power to me, the Akashic Records, or any other spiritual source. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the information shared during our work together. Take what resonates, ask questions, and leave what doesn't feel right for you.

Consent + Confidentiality

Your Akashic Records are accessed only with your consent and within the context of the session or offering you have chosen.

What you share with me, along with the information received during your session, is treated as private and confidential. Your personal information and session details will not be shared with third parties except where disclosure may be required by law.

If I ever wish to share a client experience, testimonial, or teaching example in a way that could identify you, I will ask for your permission first.

Questions About Other People

Relationships with partners, family members, friends, and other people may naturally come up during a session. We can explore these relationships through the information that is relevant and available within your own Records and experience.

I do not intentionally open or access another person's Akashic Records without their knowledge and consent.

Session Recordings

When a session is recorded, the recording is provided for your personal use. Recording is in audio format only.

Please do not publish, sell, reproduce, or publicly distribute session recordings or other materials I provide without permission.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a refund or can be rescheduled.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will have the option to choose another appointment time or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals + No-Shows

I will wait for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive within those 15 minutes, we can continue with the session using the remaining time available. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and I will close the session. No-shows are non-refundable.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided when you book your session or offering.

Once a session has taken place, the session fee is non-refundable.

Multi-session offerings, including the Akashic Immersion, may have additional payment, cancellation, or withdrawal terms. Any additional terms will be provided before the offering begins.

A Final Note

This work is rooted in consent, sovereignty, discernment, and respect.

My role is to hold the space, share what I receive as clearly and honestly as I can, and support you in listening more deeply to yourself.

By booking a session or offering with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Policies & Client Agreements.
